CONTROL OVER ACCOUNT
BuzzFx fund managers must adhere to the strict rules of BuzzFx code of conduct as setout below. In the event fund managers breaks the Code of Conduct, BuzzFx reserves the right to inforce discipline by taking the appropriate actions as it sees fit.
The fund manager should ensure that transactions carried out on behalf of each fund are in accordance with the fund’s stated investment strategy, objectives, investment restrictions and guidelines, whether in terms of asset class, geographical spread or risk profile.
The fund manager should ensure that fund transactions are executed on the best available terms, taking into account the relevant market at the time for transactions of the kind and size concerned.
The fund manager along with BuzzFx should ensure that all client orders are allocated fairly; make a record of the intended basis of allocation before a transaction is effected; and ensure that an executed transaction is allocated promptly in accordance with the stated intention, except where the revised allocation does not disadvantage a client and the reasons for the re-allocation are clearly documented.
Fund Portfolio Turnover
The fund manager should take into account the fund’s stated objectives and not trade excessively on behalf of a fund.
Unless specifically permitted, the fund manager should not participate in underwriting activities on behalf of a fund. Where underwriting is undertaken on behalf of a fund, all commissions and fees received under such contract should be credited to the fund account.
Promote unsolicited or unauthorized commercial advertising, promotional materials or any other form of solicitation.
Contain references to other PAMM Manager Accounts and internet resources.
Reveal an account holder's identity through email addresses, URL addresses, Skype ID, telephone number, personal account details, etc.
Attempt to impersonate or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent another user, person or entity.
Specify a territory, region or locality (country, state, county, city, etc.), which may identify a geographical location, either by name, words and/or national flag.
Violate existing copyright, patent, trademark or other proprietary rights.
Promise any sort of definite returns on investment. This includes any form of projected gains, expected returns, guarantees of profits, and/or risk level, drawdown etc., and/or any unrealistic/ false guarantee within the description.
Contain threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable content including racial, religious, nationalistic and ethnic slurs.
Important Note All content that a PAMM Manager provides for his/ her Manager Account must be in English only.
All investments and transfers within the BuzzFx PAMM program are fully controlled by BuzzFx accounts department automatically, ensuring that both the Investor and Fund Manager have serenity when it comes to safekeeping. As a trade is closed, profits and losses (P/L) are distributed to the Investors and Fund Manager, based on their participation. At predefined periods of time, the BuzzFx PAMM Manager receives the fee specified within the Manager's Offer.
