When the client fulfils the target and the terms of the bonus:

• Bonus will be deposited as Balance in the client account
• Client can keep all profits on the account
• The client can continue trading or withdraw the funds from the account
• The client can also open additional accounts and transfer the funds fully or partially to such accounts.
• The client can participate in other BuzzFx promotions

Cancelling the Bonus will result in:

• Reversing the Bonus
• Client can keep the profit ratio
• The client can continue trading or withdraw the funds from the account
• The client can also open additional accounts and transfer the funds fully or partially to such accounts.
• The client can participate in other BuzzFx promotions.

Revocation of Bonus will result in:

• Canceling all positions
• Reversing the Bonus
• Closing the account
• Returning the original Cash deposit to the client
• Deducting all incoming and outgoing transfer fees

Target lots

Bonus amount divided by 10 Cumulative lots target must be met in order for the client to be able withdraw the bonus amount plus the profits earned. Bonus can be withdrawn from an account after the required lot volume has been traded. Keep in mind that when you trade Stocks (available only in MetaTrader 5), 1 lot= 0.1 standard lot. Consider it when you fulfill the bonus conditions. The required lot volume is calculated according to the following formula:
Example: Your deposit: $1000
100% bonus: $1000
1000/10 = 100 lots

Bonus Profit

The profit allowed for withdrawal is unlimited given that all bonus conditions are met.

Expiry

Expiry date of the bonus is 30 Days from registering with the bonus promotion, during the 30 days if all conditions are fulfilled you will have the bonus and the profit on the account available for withdrawal. Otherwise the bonus will be removed "discredited".

Internal Transfers

Internal transfers between bonus account and the client other existing accounts are allowed after the bonus conditions are completely fulfilled.

Bonus Applicability

One Bonus account per client per profile, each client/computer/IP address can have the bonus. It is prohibited to work through proxies or using any IP-address modifying software. Suspicion of opening other bonus accounts under the same profile or by using different client names /computers/IP addresses will revoke the bonus on both or all accounts; bonus will be reversed, all positions will be cancelled along with all profit on the account/s

Trading Scripts

The use of scripts/ expert advisors is allowed.

Disruptions

The company is not liable for technical disruptions and/or breaks in the internet connection on the side of the client and third-party services, that can directly or indirectly have an effect on the client's participation in the promotion

Bonus Profit Ratio

Account profit = all profit correlated to cash deposit ratio to equity + twice the bonus ratio to equity

Fraudulent Activity

Upon suspecting fraudulent activity on the 100% Bonus account, the company reserves the right to deduct the entire bonus amount and all profit made on the account without prior notice. In this case, the decision is beyond contestation.

Amendments

The Company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the promotion at any time and without prior notice.

Right to Refuse

BuzzFx reserves the right to refuse any client in bonus granting with no reasons given.
